Privacy Policy

This policy defines the rules for the use of cookies (i.e. their storage on your device and accessing them) on the website www.wzm.pl (“the Website”).

Pursuant to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679
of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (OJ.EU.L No 119, p. 1), please be advised that:

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of implementation of the agreement, for purposes related to business cooperation, including marketing purposes, and on the basis of Art. 6 paragraph 1 points a) and f) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation): i.e. consent and the legitimate interests of the Controller.
  4. Your data will be processed until the cessation of the purpose for which they were collected or filing an objection to such processing.
  5. You have the right to withdraw consents expressed at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing performed until the time of such withdrawal.
  6. You have the right to request access to, to rectify, to delete or to restrict the processing of personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing and to transfer your personal data.
  7. Please be advised that you have the right to complain about data processing to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
  8. We assure you that your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
  9. Furthermore, your data will not be processed in an automated way, including profiling.
